Simply Hike

Service fine, Website not so.

Crashed out of the site twice before completing the transaction. I still received the item though! Would have been ok If I hadn't bought one elsewhere when unable to complete the Simply Hike order.

We are sorry that the customer was inconvenienced by receiving the order even though he thought the transaction had not gone through successfully. We sent a free postage label to the customer to assist the return of the now unwanted product as a courtesy gesture.
