I have used Interparcel regularly during the past two years, but I will never use them again. I have only had one problem in the past with delivery of a parcel to a PO Box number in Switzerland but other than that - [external reference] and [external reference] are usually quite reliable. The actual customer service from this company, however, is the worst I have ever experienced. They clearly only have a couple of girls that answer the phone - and I have had the misfortune of dealing with '[name]' now on two occasions. She feels the need to be extremely rude, interrupting constantly - when, if she just listened, things would be a lot quicker and easier. I have no explanation for her terrible attitude, but it is unacceptable. She even felt the need to yell at me and put the phone down in regards my last order. I have no idea why this company continues to employ staff who find it acceptable to speak to any customer - let alone a regular one - in such a disrespectful manner. The chip on her shoulder has now lost them a customer. I wish I had read these reviews earlier - I will now be using other parcel companies, even if they are more expensive.
