I purchased an early Christmas present late in November. Unfortunately on Christmas Day, it was the wrong size so telephoned a couple of days later to discuss my options. Went through the order etc and was told i would be entitled to a full refund. Sent the item back and then received a call a week later to say i wasnt entitled to a full refund, even though i was told previously i was. Was offered a credit note instead.
Delivery timings and ordering were good, but believe the customer service needs some inprovement.
