Lost order. Poor customer service

After waiting 2 weeks I emailed to find out what was going on, only to be told my order had been lost and did I want them to do something about it. Poor customer service.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. We are sorry that your order was lost in transit, this is very unusual. Unfortunately our standard service does not come with full tracking therefore we are would not be aware that a parcel was lost until our customer had informed us of non receipt.
