One of the tiles was smashed to bits

The package was quite well padded out, but it didn't stop the larger tile arriving incomplete.

Hi Carly,

Sorry to hear your sample tile was damaged in the post. If we are informed of any damages we will of course replace them straight away. With regards to sending out samples we are in the hands of Royal mail and although packaged well, breakages do still occur on the odd occasion.

Please let us know if you would like your sample replaced.
