Well impressed with the customer service given

I was looking for a hotel in London for myself and a friend and stumbled across the website. I saw the title Hidden Gems on their website and had a closer look. It was easy to navigate around. However you know me I don't like using my card online so I rang the telephone number given at the bottom of the page, especially as I had some questions as well. I was well impressed with the service from the customer services agents I spoke to. The first one (Martin) was very knowledgeable and had the answers to the questions I asked. Plus he was willing to wait while I logged onto my bank via another tab and checked by card balance to see if I had enough funds. I said that I would get back to him after this as I needed to check the availability of my friend. When I rang back I got a female agent and she was just as helpful and knowledgeable, unfortunately I didn't catch her name otherwise she would have had a mention as well. She answered my final question about the type of breakfasts that the hotel provided and once that was answered I booked and paid for it. Since receiving my email confirmation I now know which hotel I'm staying at and checked it out on the web and it looks like a really nice hotel right in the middle of Covent Gardent, London with some really good reviews. I would definitely use this company again and would certainly recommend it to you.
