Emailed to query delivery times (and explained I was desperate for the item as quickly as possible) response was almost instance and extremely helpful. after placing the order through the web site I received an email back to say thanks for the order and they would make sure the package went out same day.
Very nice to people who where quick and polite, will definitely use the site again.
