We ordered birthday flowers for a family member, to be delivered to their home. Unfortunately the birthday person was admitted to hospital the day before delivery date. I called iFlorist customer support to see if it was possible to change the delivery address to have the flowers sent to the hospital, which was in another town, instead. My call was answered immediately by a real person, who took all the details of the change that I needed and said that he would check with the florist and call me back. He called back within 10 minutes to say the delivery address had been changed, and he also took time to confirm that the balloon with the flowers was the correct type. The flowers were delivered promptly the next day. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use iFlorist again.
