Prompt and on-time delivery but problems with collection

Although I booked my collection a week in advance, the items weren't collected on the day they were supposed to be. I waited for the whole day, from 9 am to 6 pm for someone to collect my items. I called ParcelForce 3-4 times and they couldn't specify what time the items would be collected. The items were eventually collected the next day but it did cause me to reschedule my entire day. However, they did assure me that the items would still be delivered on time.

The items arrived on time and in good condition. Overall, I would say I am satisfied with Uni Baggage and it is very convenient and cheap. If you are on a tight-schedule, I think it wold be better to contact ParcelForce and arrange a time for collection. Apart from problems with collection, there isn't anything else I can fault.

I would recommend this service and would definitely use it again.
