The mattress is great and so is the customer service!

We're really pleased that we purchased this mattress - it manages to be both supportive and comfortable, all at a reasonable price.

I think the other reviewers high opinions of both the mattress and customer service is spot on.

They have a very useful feature on their website "live chat", which gives you instant access to a customer service advisor; I used it to a get a live update on the delivery time slot and she was really helpful - thanks Leanne!

Will definitely use Mattressman again.
