No sample and no refund.

I requested a ceiling panel sample for a job that was to start imminently and paid £1.25 advance p&p. The promised sample failed to arrive in spite of reminders thus delaying our job. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund of p&p but requests appear to have been ignored. Samples meant to be forwarded by a supplier but no response for us therefore I cannot recommend this service.

Hi, we have looked into the history of this and can only apologize. A sample we thought was readily available turned out not to be, despite our best efforts. We are sorry your project was delayed as a result. A refund was executed on the 16th January.
