Dealing with Big Dug was so very straight forward, a shame that there chosen despatch company "UK mail" didn't back them up so well as delivery delayed by 48hrs and after that had email to call them to arrange delivery. Best of luck trying to get through to them, phones just ring and ring and ring. Big Dug - Recommend you find a delivery company that values your business!
Like most companies you find out just how they good they are when things go wrong, Unfortuantely with Chess Telecom they don't seem to practise what they preach. Fault reporting can be painful and it seems as though the customer has to do the leg work to get things resolved. When you do eventually get somewhere then everybody involved is always pleasant and polite but it does take some time to get them to be accountable for your problems. Dury's out at present, let's see what the coming months hold! Must say that one of there service engineers that came out could not have been any more helpful, or professional, therefore reinstallating some confidence with their customer service,
