I have followed the plan for just under 2 weeks now. Initially I signed up for a month's supply but after tasting the food decided I want to follow the plan long term and signed up for a furhter 4 month package, so I will be doing Diet Chef for at least the next 5 months.
So far, I've lost 8 pounds in less than 2 weeks. I want to loase a total of 6 stone almost but have found the plan a life saver and easy to stick to where all other diets have failed to make me follow them for more than a couple of days.
There is plenty of choice and the meals are really tasty and suit my lifestyle, plus if I stick with the plan I will save a lot of money on food compared to my previous spending habits and meals out most nights.
