I ordered a Shock Absorber sports bra which they sent right away so I was very pleased. When I opened it, there was an invoice with my item but it had a pair of cycling shorts instead. So I contacted their customer service and they said that I need to send this back and they will send me the correct order once they receive the shorts back. It was a hassle to do but had no choice as I really wanted my new sports bra...After about 10 days I contacted them to see if they had received the item and they said they hadn't. OK, fair enough, it can sometimes take longer. But then, out of the blue I received an automated email saying they refunded me for the item. And that was it, no other corespondence from them. So, I then wrote another email asking about my item and when will it get delivered and still no reply. So, I then phoned them to ask for an explanation and they said they didn't have the item in stock any longer and that was it. End of story....I think that is very poor customer service and that I won't be buying from them. I can't afford to be spending my time and money chasing something they did wrong in the first place. It took me a month to get to this outcome and I am no better off than when I started all this. Thanks a lot Play.com!
