I have used this site twice for the type of dog meat we need and as yet have had no problems either locating the product or with the deliveries.

This is not a moan or in anyway any disenchantment but what if I do have a complaint?
Do you have a complaints procedure or return policy (returns because the wrong item has been purchased).
