Order was short of two rolls when ordered bulk buy of 3.

I usually have no issues with Plot-it however for teh 1st time they have sent my order in short of 2 rolls, i have spoken to the sales team and they assure me they will send out the balance asap.

Apologies as discussed with our sales team it is entirely our fault and as discussed we will be sending your additional 2 rolls tonight for delivery tomorrow(weather permitting). We apologise for not coming back to your email on Friday but due to the extreme weather conditions suffered by much of the country we did close our offices early for the safety of our staff, but as advised prior to your feedback we do recognise our mistake and we are rectifying.
