I have vowed never to use boohoo again. I ordered an item on next day delivery to be delivered to my work on a Friday, this did not arrive on the Friday, but i needed it for the Saturday. So i had to travel on an 8mile round trip to give the security man at work my mobile number for him to contact me when it had been deliverd. It was 4:30pm on the Saturday before it was delivered - so i had to make another 8mile round trip to collect it. - Funny next day delivery.
When the item had not arrived on the Friday i emailed them - only to get an immediate reply saying that they endevour to answer emails asap but it would be 4 days before they could reply. This was no good when the item was next day delivery and had not arrived.
I had placed 3 orders with them that week - and sent most of the items back in ONE parcel using the Collect+ service. Missguided then charged me the 'returns charge' of £3.10 per order - not for the 1 parcel. So this was £9.30 to return unwanted items. Totally unacceptable - they hadn't received 3 parcels. I emailed them about this and after a 4 day wait they accepted that it was incorrect and refunded me the full £9.30.
I have had one or two good items from the site - but it is certainly not worth the hassle. AVOID.

Customer care are working at emailing customers back within 24 hours. I am glad to see that the issue has since been rectified.
