Awful service and would never recommend

Bought a watch on 17th Dec, was told it had no chance of arriving until after Xmas, not a problem so cancelled it accepting that and so bought another watch elsewhere. Still waiting on a refund! Customer service agent was extremely rude, raised his voice as he regurgitated that they have 28 days to do refunds. Fair enough if I actually received the
watch and sent it back but given that it never left their property I find it APPALLING. What could possibly be the hold up other than the time value of money as it sits in their account. On a positive note I was proposed to on Xmas Day, needless to say the ring has not come from this awful Company. I couldn't recommend them less!

Thank you for your comments. The watch was purchased on Monday 17th Dec at 17:19 and was estimated on a 3 to 5 day delivery. We advised that it would be unlikely that the watch would be delivered before Christmas as the cut off period for post was the 21st.

You were then offered a full refund as per our terms and conditions.

We have reviewed the telephone conversation to ensure quality assurance with all our customer services agents and note that you swore at this agent and thus the call was terminated.

We fulfil over ninety percent of our orders within two days and have extremely high levels of customer satisfaction across the internet on many selling platforms including Amazon, EBay and our own website.

Your review has been used to help further improve our customer services and address any areas were we can enhance the overall customer experience.
