Bought a watch on 17th Dec, was told it had no chance of arriving until after Xmas, not a problem so cancelled it accepting that and so bought another watch elsewhere. Still waiting on a refund! Customer service agent was extremely rude, raised his voice as he regurgitated that they have 28 days to do refunds. Fair enough if I actually received the
watch and sent it back but given that it never left their property I find it APPALLING. What could possibly be the hold up other than the time value of money as it sits in their account. On a positive note I was proposed to on Xmas Day, needless to say the ring has not come from this awful Company. I couldn't recommend them less!
