hi thanks for this opportunity to give feed back.i think you should have a phone number so people could call and resolve problems because some time emails just don't get the job done.my problem never got fixed and that was how you took money out and then you put it back 20 times in one day and there are other times you did the same thing and emails just was not fixing the problem it got so bad that i had to cancel my card and get another one .when i first started using entropay everything was good up till the last month and the problems started so if you want people to use you should have a phone number thanks for this time

Our customer service response times are generally really good and I appreciate in some cases a phone conversation can be more effective and quicker, however for the majority of global queries email contact currently remains the most efficient and cost effective method for us. Providing phone conversations in the range of languages we support would make our service much more expensive – this is why we’ve been holding back from introducing it.
