Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a bed and mattress on 27.12.12 shown as in stock and delivery arranged for 4/1/13. Received call on 3/1/13 sto say delay with order so delivery would be 7/1/13. I called on 7/1/13 and was told bed was on delivery van and would be with me between 8-5pm. Nothing arrived at 4.45 so called again and was told that bed was actually out of stock and woul d not be in until 21/1/13. I received an email later that night to say ORDER STATUS WASUPDATE AND DELIVERY DISPATCHED!!! Checked with 1st furniture and was told this email was an error! Order still out of stock. On 21/01/13 received a message to say delivery had been arranged for 22/01/13 hoorah! By 2.30 on 21/01/13 I received another phone call to say that actually bed was out of stock and will not be in until mid-feb. I have had to pick another bed which SHOULD be arriving on 23/01/13, however, I will not hold my breath. My poor son has been sleeping (if you can call it that) on a blowup mattress on the floor for nearly a month now. What a disgusting service.
