Wrong Wick Not what was ordered
Ordered 3 wicks for Biogreen WM5 as the website saif wicks for 4/5. Wick sent was WM AF whch is far too small. Will now have to return goods at my own cost and hope company will repay P&P.
In contrast I would give a rating of 5 stars for the soaker hose which iis of excellent quality and the prompt delivery

If you return them to the address on your delivery note we will be able to issue a refund against the product or swap it for the item that you require.
