I placed an order for S3 about 2 weeks back and I had to change my delivery address to my work they asked me for my bills. I sent them a copy of my bank statement as a proof of address but due to some reason had to send one more time. I did bought some stuff from them before so I thought it wont be too much hassle. But the customer service phone is hardly picked up and the mail is replied back like after 3-4 days. I still have no idea when my phone is going to be dispatched. I hope they will reply me asap.
