Very responsive and helpful. No dramas's

I needed to change my hosting from Windows to Linux. I had been putting it off as I thought it would be a longwinded task. How wrong I was. Spoke to the customer support team and then the hosting expert just to confirm that I knew what I needed to do and it was all sorted in about 10 mins!

Only slight criticism is that I was holding for a short while and got cut off of two occassions. Not sure what happened but I begrudge having to call back on an 0845 number as it costs me).
