Jennings Gateshead-bought a new Focus picked it up on Wed 16th Jan 2013
Love my new car but unfortunately broke down on the Friday (18th) this was due to a clip that held the a pipe from the radiator in place not having been fitted correctly-
I had to wait over 2 hours for the AA who sorted it then I had to go to the garage to get them to check it over-which resulted in 4 hours out of my day and been late for work
The garage did stay back to sort it as they closed at 4pm (Servicing) so I suppose that was something BUT this should not happen on a brand new car-someone not doing their job properly!!
