Having purchased my shoes on the 10th of January 2013, I find myself surprised that I am writing to say I still haven't received said shoes on the 21st Jan.
In the era of Amazon I don't honestly know how Rubbersole can compete and I would be furious if a package from Amazon was listed as "In Stock" and failed to reach me within 5 days - regardless of the delivery options I chose.
I look forward to reviewing my purchase fully when I have the opportunity following the arrival of the good - hopefully before February rolls around.
Not a great first impression.
