If you want to sell this product the instructions to put it together MUST BE IMPROVED.

It took two intelligent people 5hours to put the large unit together! The instruction leaflet was IMPOSSIBLE to understand.
The product is good once constructed but if the company want to sell this to a larger market they must improve the assembly information. If they don't, not only will they have many unhappy customers, they will have many orders returned with vows never to buy again.

I’m sorry the instructions were difficult to understand, we do send the instructions and have YouTube clips showing assembly for most of our products and we can also offer advice over the phone.
We are currently reviewing our instructions to make improvements, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
