great product and delivery processing system crap

Order via click and collect from local store.
Took nearly a week to phone to tell me no stock although system showed stock.
had checked instore next day of ordering thye stated no stock so ordered online.
Product arrived promtly well packed.
Today 5 days after delivery email to state items despatched.
Get your act together
