Bad - that's the only word to describe Infurn!

I've ordered an Eyeball chair for EUR 1049.00 from Infurn on May 28, 2012.

After they failed to deliver the chair in time due to quality issues, they also failed to deliver it in November 2012 (the chair was broken during transport, yeah sure).

They offered me to send back my money on Nov 26, 2012 (within 30 days). I have send them my bank details (they confirmed the reception in a phone call) but again they failed to send it back in time.
In another phone call on Jan 7, 2013 they told me that that the person dealing with my issue failed to inform the responsible person to pay back my money but according to her it is now labeled as "high priority" and I will receive the money within 2 weeks (the latest).
Guess what, I haven't received anything until today (which was the dead line).
I was expecting another call from them today (in which I wanted to ask them for their next excuse), but they didn't call me.

Now I have enough (I'm waiting for my money since 57 days now) and according to my lawyer we will contact a court in order to issue an European payment order. They want it the hard way, so they will get it.

Moreover, the customer service is by far the worst I have experienced since dealing with online furniture shops. No answers to emails, no real hotline, you have to "apply" to speak to one of them. It's a disgrace - shame on you Infurn!
