There was a lot of choice in making the computer, including choices of leaving items out. The addition of telling you if you need to remove something from the specs was greatly appreciated too.
The email notifications describing where in construction and postage the computer was at each stage was brilliant, even down to an email saying when it would be delivered (within one hour)!
All round excellent service!
