going downhill

i have been buying from this company for quite a while now and for £5 some of the items you get really are good. Sizing is a bit all over the place (two different items can be totally different proportions yet still be size small) Ive had the odd strap break on a bag but mostly really pleased. UNTIL RECENTLY!!
Deliveries have totally gone to pot. My daughter and i have 5 parcels languishing in an E5P warehouse somewhere that are supposed to have gone to a royal mail sorting office 10 days ago but haven't. Oh we've had tracking numbers put poor old Royal Mail havent seen a sniff of them. We arent alone either as more and more people complain on the fan page as deliveries pass the 2 week mark. Recent deliveries have been received with items i didnt even order instead of the ones i did and by the time i returned for a swap theyre all sold out. Totally different item numbers too!! Mixed reviews here as the clothes really are a bargain...if i ever see them!
