perfectly happy with the mattress, however the bedspread was very poor quality
as above the mattress and pillows are very good, the bedstead on the other hand was poor, the Florida bed was delivered but the headboard was broken, mattressman sent a replacement the next day, which also had a broken headboard, I requested a refund which has arrived but not to the correct value, contacted customer services but have had no reply to my . voicemail

I'm glad to hear you are happy with your Snuggle mattress and pillows, I'm sorry to see that the frame has been sent back for a refund.
I have tried to call you regarding the refund amount. I have looked into your order and can see that the correct amount has been sent back to you, but do please call customer service son 08443184444 so that this can be explained.
