Ordered a security neck pouch, this was to be delivered using tracking via Royal Mail, Received e-mails informing that item out for delivery, then later that day another e-mail saying item was delivered and signed for. Unfortunately Item was falsely signed for and I never received, contacted Jules B and they were very helpful, they found out what happened from Royal Mail and instantly credited money back to my account.
