As a competitve Bodybuilder you really are what you eat, solid food is the way to go and using shakes just when you need rapid assimilation of protein i.e post-workout. I use Steak, Egg whites, Chicken Breasts and Turkey in my off season and pre-contest diet its only my carb intake that changes. Musclefood provides me with my daily requirements without even stepping out of the house, giving more time to concentrate on my objective.
