Mr Memory
Great product, great website, speedy delivery
The above strap-line says it all really. The memory arrived very quickly, it was easy to install following the instructions on the site. No problems whatsoever.

Good prices so so customer service
This company undoubtedly offers good value products, but the website is confusing. For example, I was buying a large quantity of ring binders. The ones I was interested in were marked as 17.58. When I clicked select the price was 50.57 (a poor price) however choosing a different colour the price was 19.78. Not what was marked, but still better than anyone else. They're not great at maths either. Once when I clicked the price came up as about £23 showing a rrp of over £1000 and indicating a saving of 80% or something. This sort of thing does not inspire confidence and they should address it pronto. The customer telephone line was not much cop. They say that they have a good advice service. So I thought I could ask 'What are you cheapest punched pockets?' However the reply was . The prices are as stated on the site, and no I can't process your order over the phone. Eventually I found the pockets cheaper on UK Office supplies, so they're not the cheapest for everything. By all means use the site, because you'll find bargains their but you'll need to do the research and the legwork.
