We were delighted to find the goods we wanted so quickly; arrangements were good and delivery once organised was very quick. There were problems (one of the items was broken in transit )but that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There is some inconsistency between the down to earth, friendly advice offered on the phone and the official instructions but overall we were very pleased to have our part order delivered with the minimum of fuss and look forward to the arrival of the rest. We would certainly shop there again.

Once again I do apologise that one of your bowls arrived damaged, but I am pleased that we were able to arrange the collection quickly for you. We are currently awaiting the shipment from the supplier and the replacement bowl will be delivered along with the remaining pieces on your order.
