expensive postage
i ordered replacement blades ror remote helecopter took a week to arrive
cost me 3.95 for postage . these items weigh only a few grams when it arrived the parts i needed where missing. Your ops that pick up e mails are sending replacement they are on the ball

The delivery charge of £3.95 is our standard basic delivery charge and we state that this delivery method usually takes between 3-5 working days. Currently we do not have an incremental charging arrangement on orders. However we're always looking at ways of becoming more competitive, particularly in terms of delivery charges.
