I'm a professional hair-stylist and love my profession. Bought the Cloud 9, O Pod from girlznight store. It is a very innovative product like the site lists. Curling my clients hair has become so easier and faster . I haven't burnt my fingers once since I started using this. Yes. It takes a while to figure out and get used to using it effectively. But you can always call the customer service guys at the store, like I did. They are more than willing to guide you. Am looking at buying another one for my assistant. Great product. A+.
