I ordered a bouquet for my wife's birthday for delivery on 18 Jan 2013,they did not arrive due to bad weather.
It is now 1955 hrs on 21 Jan and I still have not received them.
I think it is time for a refund.
I shall not use iflorist ever again.
I have now received email from iflorist,hopefully this will now be resolved.
I will update rating when refund and bouquet received!

I received the original bouquet on 22 Jan! Quite good condition,and now today have received a beautiful,bouquet by way of apology.
Alls well that ends well,wife is delighted!
I shall be quite prepared to use iflorist again!
