Cult Pens

Great prices and great service

This is my "go to" company for pens, as yet another perfect purchase at a competitive price arrives swiftly at my door. Why spend time looking elsewhere when Cult Pens does it all for me?

Good quality products and exemplary customer service

We bought a few of their products and quality appears to be consistently high, although I can't comment on longevity yet. When one product had some damage that was hidden under the label (so would have escaped an inspection at the delivery point), we found that the customer service was an example to others. Everything was sorted out with the minimum of fuss and in a completely courteous fashion, with minimum inconvenience to me. What more can you ask for?

Betterware

Beware - Returns process is dreadful

Their prices might be competitive and delivery is fairly quick. But you had better hope your items do not need to be returned! Mine were faulty so I thought contacting them and being instructed to use their pre-paid returns label would be fairly straightforward.

Far from it. Their returns label has been chosen so it can only cope with parcels up to 1kg maximum. If you want to return anything heavier than that - well, good luck and brace yourself for a truly inefficient and miserable experience.

Better still - buy your product elsewhere even if it is a few pence more expensive!

Sorry to hear that the returns label doesn't cover the cost of your return. Most of our customers orders weigh less than 300g, so a 1kg limit is normally plenty. It's not a problem though, if you can send the item back to us with a copy of the receipt for postage included, we'll make sure we refund this for you in full. If you've already sealed the parcel to come back to us, please send a photo/scan of the receipt to webcsd@betterware.co.uk and mark it for my attention.

Efficient service & excellent pricing.

It's difficult to get excited about a routine purchase of a USB stick, but not only did TechNextDay have the best delivered pricing but the service was very efficient, with the item arriving a day before it was expected. What more can you ask for?
