Don't expect to get the tickets you buy!

Purchased two tickets for the Donny and Marie show as a Christmas present for my wife. Paid a lot to get tickets close to the stage only to find that when the tickets turn up we find we are about as far from the stage as you can get.
Does the consumer have any rights against a company like this as they seem to blame these situations on the seller each time!
My advice is don't use them if you want any certainty over the tickets you are expecting...not that they make this clear on their website.
