1 week has passed by and still no goods, progress on tracking says "Processing"
Telephoned the 0800 contact number, was informed by young lady "don't know what the problem is. will get someone to call or email you straight back"
Still waiting.
I'll come back and let you all know how it ends, but so far NOT GOOD.
