I gave StreetShirts a second chance after believing their story of understaffing etc, with a previous order that went wrong.
How stupid can I be ? ( If I could give them 0 stars It would be too many.)
They consistently lie about everything, from dispatch dates to delivery.
Why lie that an order has despatched on a particular date when you are going to be caught out by your own franking postage stamp ???
Also when you hold your hands up that a t shirt has not been printed 'up to your usual standards' so much so that it could not be worn to the event, why then do you quibble about a refund ? . You asked for the t shirt to be sent back, then deny receiving it even when provided with proof of posting.
Then you ignore every e-mail sent to you, do you think this encourages people to use you again ?
If I do not get a reasonable response in the next day or so then my credit card company will be in touch. Also the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards are awaiting the outcome.
