Proper Customer Service !

Delivery was real quick and the items were well packed. Had a slight problem installing the memory (which was 100% down to me) but i got Excellent help from Rob at support and the matter was quickly resolved. I would definately use Mr Memory again and would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else. Its just so refreshing to get proper customer service!
