I have now been on Diet Chef for two weeks and certainly do not feel like I am on a diet. I am not depriving myself of anything so I do not need to snack on the wrong kinds of foods. In the two weeks I have lost 7 pounds and I am very happy with this. I have previously been on another diet using meal packs but the difference between the two is like chalk and cheese. They other one had little variation in what you could eat and some of the mealpacks were not edible or pretty tasteless. The Diet Chef food is tasty and substantial and there is a huge variety - I already have firm favourites like the tasty casseroles and bean and chicken dishes. The soft cookies are delicious and I can still enjoy crisps. It has been a very postive experience and I am sure I will get to my end goal by the summer of 2013. I also like the fact that you do not have to stand there and talk about what you ate in the week and share information on what to cook. Nobody is judging you and you do not have to go and weigh in every week. You can fit this diet into your lifestyle and that suits me as I am a busy primary school teacher who is always on the go.
