We rented a car for holidays in Switzerland
1. Nice and user-friendly booking. Sixt sent us a reminder and offered a speedy pickup that really worked.
2. Easy to find the office and VERY qualified staff. Almost no time lost in queing.
3. Nice surprise - we got the better vehicle than ordered for same money, navigation and child seat for free!
4. Easy return
5. Last but not least - creditcard deposit hold was lifted after only 3 days, that is the shortest time I ever saw.

I tried to book a car throgh RENTALCARS.com for weekend holiday. After I found the appropriate car I was asked to give my personal and card details. In a couple of minutes I recieved a letter stating that my booking is NOT confirmed and I shall try booking again. At the same time GBP1 was debited from my card. For what service I do not understand.
My letters to company still remain unanswered.
Nice way to pick pennies and loose clients.
