Super gear, good comms, got my order in a week, very satisfied with purchase.

While the price of clothes are quite expensive I waited for the sales. Once I kept an eye on the sizes I more or less got what I wanted eventually, unless I saw something that I must have I didn't mind waiting at this time of year! When I saw the free postage with purchases over £75 I though this was great so I went ahead with a purchase of over £75 and it was only when I entered an address for the south of Ireland that I was disappointed to learn that the free postage only applied to UK, so I pulled the purchase because of that. Offering free postage to ROI makes a huge difference for anyone thinking of making a purchase. Try it and you will see the difference in sales to ROI. I know, because I would have bought a lot more if this was the case. Yes I am a manic online golf shopper.. I hope this helps you for future ideas and plans...Regards....

Hi John,

We understand your frustration and share it; unfortunately it is the couriers that dictate the charge and until we can negotiate a better rate we are stuck with it. It would appear that 'Royal Mail' in the interest of a flat rate UK charge do in effect, subsidise delivery costs to non-mainland UK; so NI, IOM, Jersey etc. are included in this. Unfortunately all couriers we've used to date (which is most) class ROI as Europe, which seems ridiculous given that a shipment to NI will go on the same vehicle and travel 95% the same route but the cost is 4 times greater. We have looked into using a specific courier purely for ROI shipments but without the overall volume, prices are exceptionally high. It is a bug bear of ours as we see Ireland as integral to our business, so rest assured, we will continue to look at our options on shipping.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

Kind regards
The F18 Team

(We've actually been offering free UK delivery on all orders since the beginning of December 2012 so the £75 spend no longer applies.)
