It was properly packed, the postage is reasonable and the Red-Bellied Macaw who rules my life was pleased with the food. These people ALWAYS do well. You can order online with confidence that in the RARE even that something goes wrong they will move mountains to put it right - with a smile! One of my favourite companies!
