I ordered some invites for my husbands's 40th. When they arrived, they had been trimmed badly. The website, when I created the card, clearly stated that the dotted area would be trimmed away. The cards I received had only been trimmed on one side leaving an ugly printed margin. Luckily I still had access to take a screenshot of my order design, which I sent to customer service. They agreed that the website was not clear (although I still fail to see where I could have seen things more clearly), but I was promised a replacement set at no charge. Received a week later. Happy with service but disappointed in the overall delay of getting the products I thought I was supposed to get in the first instance. A small point too, I thought the invites would be folded like a birthday card. They weren't, they were like a postcard. Not a problem, but the website wasn't really clear what was being ordered. I would welcome a website refresh to clarify exactly how a product will look when received, then I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
