I found the live chat most useful. I asked several questions within one call and all of them were patiently answered. My only concern with 123 web services, is that it does cause me anxiety when they send email reminder that I will be automatically charged for a domain name I am allowing to expire. I DO want two of my domain names to expire but was anxious that these would auto renew and money would be taken if I didn't act to ensure it wasn't. I had to check via the live support chat to ensure this wouldn't happen. I'm happy now that they will expire without further cost and the domain I WANT to retain is fine. Thank you.
