I ordered the item over the phone as i needed some advice which I got.
We received the item next day and put the it to use as soon as we took it out of the box. We are very happy with it so far, our bedroom windows were getting a lot of condensation so we put it in our main bedroom at first for day and a night we got good results ,then we moved it into the hall and left it on Auto the setting just passed normal , its been operating for a week now and the whole of our 3 bed Bungalow is a lot drier. I would recomend this item and the supplier
